Simple, Easy French Bread Pizza

This “ Simple, Easy French Bread Pizza “ is a scrumptious, easy-to-create snack everyone will love. With just a few minutes to toss a few ingredients together, you can make this snack in less than 15 minutes. This is an instant hit in my family.

Just the other night, my daughter was specifically looking for cheesy bread while my wife was craving for pizza even though we had other foods in the house. Mind you this was around 8ish or 9ish and my wife didn’t want to go out. I didn’t want to go out either to buy both cheesy bread and pizza.

I could not help but think what I could prepare to satisfy their wants. As I looked in our pantry and refrigerator, I found some French bread and, of course, cheese. I told myself that I could slice a portion of the French bread, toast it, and put some cheese on it…. and make my daughter happy. But that’s one part and I still had my wife’s craving to satisfy.

I thought about making bread pizza for her using the same ingredients that I had for my daughter’s bread and just adding some more ingredients to make a pizza. I grabbed a can of pizza sauce, a can of pineapple chunks, slice of ham, and pepperoni, all of which were in our house… luckily.

Less than 15 minutes later, I made this cheesy bread pizza. I said I hit two birds in one stone with this yummy, scrumptious, simple tiny pizza. I was happy and they were, too.

I tell you that every night after that night, my wife and daughter ask me to create the same exact bread pizza.  I told my friend what I serve to my family almost every night or every other night. He told me I could just buy Texas Toast but I said homemade is always better. I forgot Texas Toast exists. I have not had that product for like forever.

But anyways….

You could really create this pizza in less than 15 minutes. I managed to pull it off in 10 minutes or less even when my daughter was constantly bothering me because she wanted to eat so badly.

So, without further ado, here’s my French Bread Pizza.

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Cut french bread into small slices (1/2 thick per slice). Spread pizza sauce on top of the bread.

Top with mozzarella cheese. Add toppings of your choice.

Bake in 350 F for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is crusty.

Quite easy, isn’t it? Please let me know if you ever try this. I like to know what your thoughts about this simple, easy french bread pizza.
