This salad can be your base salad. This means you can add as many fruits, vegetables, and meat you want. Having said that, this salad is delicious, stomach-filling, and healthy as is.

So without further ado, here is the recipe for my Healthy Apple and Chicken Salad.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine cucumber, apple, onion, and red bell pepper. Add the chicken to the fruit and vegetable mixture.
In a cup, mix the apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Add the olive oil mixture to the salad and toss to coat salad with the oil mixture. Sprinkle salad with pepper and salt to add taste. Serve.

- 1 cucumber, chopped diced
- 2 medium red apples, diced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 8 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
