This Slow Cooker Pineapple BBQ Chicken is an instant hit and now, our family's favorite. This recipe is both sweet and tangy that will leave you to want more.
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. of chicken thighs, bone-in and skinless
  • 1 18 oz bottle of [easyazon_link identifier="B0016FMVFK" locale="US" nw="n" tag="theprasav-20" popups="n"]BBQ sauce[/easyazon_link] (or any BBQ sauce of your choice)
  • 1 20 oz [easyazon_link identifier="B001AS8PL2" locale="US" nw="n" tag="theprasav-20" popups="n"]pineapple chunks[/easyazon_link] with juice
  • ½ cup [easyazon_link identifier="B007FA1EBW" locale="US" nw="n" tag="theprasav-20" popups="n"]brown sugar[/easyazon_link]
Instructions
  1. Place your chicken into the slower cooker.
  2. Pour the BBQ sauce, pineapple pineapple in juice, and brown sugar in the slow cooker. If you want to mix the three ingredients first before putting them into the slower cooker, that is fine, too. Mix all the ingredients to ensure flavor consistency when the meatballs are cooking.
  3. Cook it in the slower cooker on high for 4 hours, then, turn down the slower cooker to low and cook for another 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Served while hot.
