These Super Easy Baked Beef, Egg and Cheese Muffins are my family's 20-minute meal/appetizer. They are so easy to make that my wife loves making them whenever we our stomach is in need of delicious yet quick-to-create meal.
Ingredients
6 tbsp ground beef, cooked
6 egg whites
Salt and pepper to taste
6 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Spray a 6-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add a tbsp of the ground beef in each muffin line.
Crack the eggs and put each egg white in each muffin liner. Top with a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle a tbsp of cheddar cheese on top of the egg white. Put more cheese, if desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F or until the center of the muffin is completely cooked.
