This apple and chicken salad is by far the easiest to make, one of the healthiest, and yummiest salad I have ever tasted. It's crunchy, sweet, and soury. Your taste bud and hungry stomach will surely long for this salad for days to come.
Ingredients
SALAD
1 cucumber, chopped diced
2 medium red apples, diced
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
8 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
APPLE CIDER DRESSING
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine cucumber, apple, onion, and red bell pepper. Add the chicken to the fruit and vegetable mixture.
In a cup, mix the apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Add the olive oil mixture to the salad and toss to coat salad with the oil mixture. Sprinkle salad with pepper and salt to add taste. Serve.
