This " Cucumber and Tomato Salad " is so healthy and easy to prepare. There's no cooking or equipment involved. All you need are a couple of basic ingredients and you have a yummy salad in no time.
Ingredients
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
¼ thinly sliced red onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine tomato, cucumber, lettuce,and red onion. Before serving, toss lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
