This " Two-Ingredient Dark Chocolate Ice Cream " is as simple as it can be. With only two ingredients, you can make an ice cream that's healthy, sweet, and yummy, too. You don't have to feel guilty when you start and finish eating this healthy ice cream.
Ingredients
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 2-3 tbsp of dark chocolate cocoa
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • Nuts of your choice for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
  1. Slice the bananas. Place bananas on a parchment covered baking sheet. Freeze for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Put the frozen bananas and the dark chocolate cocoa powder in a blender or a food processor. Blend until ingredients are mixed together and look like a soft serve ice cream
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
Parchment is needed to avoid bananas from sticking on the baking sheet.
You can add sugar or honey if the ice cream tastes bitter. You can also add chocolate chunk, if you desire.
