Bakery Style Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These Bakery-Style Chocolate Chunk Cookies are so yummy and easy to create. I call it bakery style because this is a copycat version of the cookies that my friend makes. He happens to be an excellent baker.

Once in a while, I crave for chocolate chunk cookies. I love them so much that I could make a batch and eat them in one sitting. That’s how I love them.

Just the other day, my baker friend came over to visit our family. He happened to be in town for a family gathering. He stopped by and hang out for a couple of hours. I asked him to help me prepare cookies because I was craving for them.

Because I don’t have all the ingredients he has in his bakery, we managed to use the ingredients we have in our pantry. I originally wanted to be the one making the cookies. But seeing how we whipped all the ingredients in no time made me realize that I need to back off and let him do his forte.

In no time, he was able to make the cookie batter. I can say that it would take me twice as long to make the recipe.

While the cookies were getting baked, my wife and our daughter came out from nowhere asking when the cookies were going to be done. They knew what they were just by the smell.

Once the cookies were done and cooled off, I only took less than 10 minutes for half of the cookies to be completely devoured. That’s how good tasting they were.

Enough of this story and let’s go straight to the baking. Without further ado, here’s the recipe to the Bakery Style Chocolate Chunk Cookies.
