I do love food and do love to eat.
What I do love most about food is when the food is so easy to make, when it can be done in no time, when it is delicious, and when it does not cost a lot of money to create. Plus, the food has to be healthy.
I tell myself even my wife that if a certain meal can be made in 15 minutes and it tastes great, then, why in the world we should try to make something that is delicious but takes an hour to make.
I know that some great-tasting meals cannot and will not be made in 15 minutes. In general, what I am saying is that there are meals out there that can be made in 15 minutes.
My wife loves making these kinds of 15-minute meals. What’s not to love? She gets to cook fast and feed us with yummy and healthy meals, too. If the food she prepares gets consumed in no time, then, she can make it again and not stress about it.
Over the past couple of months, my dear wife has managed to cook at a lot of the great 15-minute healthy meals listed in this post. A lot of them are just way too delicious that she’s had to repeat making them.
When you see a lot of these meals, you would think right away that they are difficult to make because of how they look great. Fortunately, they are quite easy to make.
