Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets Copycat

Yummy, crunchy, and tasty chicken nuggets copycat of the famous Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets. So good, it's not even funny.
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1¼ cups flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp paprka
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Peanut oil
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into bite pieces. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix milk and egg. Whisk both ingredients. Add chicken to the egg mixture. Make sure chicken nuggets are well-coated. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
  3. In a large frying pan, pour peanut oil that is enough to completely submerge the pieces of chicken. Heat oil over medium-high heat.
  4. While oil is heating up, in a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (i.e. flour, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper). Coat each piece of chicken. Make sure that each chicken is well coated or the chicken won't cook evenly.
  5. Slowly drop chicken to the pan. Turn each side of the chicken until both sides are golden brown.
  6. Place chicken nuggets on plate with paper towels. Get paper towels and remove excess oil from the chicken nuggets. Serve.
